On average, you can expect your extensions to stay in optimum condition for about 4 to 6 weeks.
Are the eyelash extensions safe for my natural lashes?
Yes, our skilled technicians prioritize lash health and only use high-quality materials and application techniques that are gentle on your natural lashes. With proper application and maintenance, your natural lashes should remain healthy and unaffected by the extensions.
How can I make an appointment at Jade's Lash Lounge?
Making an appointment at Jade's Lash Lounge is easy. You can visit our website and use our online booking system to choose a convenient date and time. Alternatively, you can call our salon directly and our friendly staff will assist you in scheduling your visit. We recommend booking in advance as our availability can fill up quickly.
What's Your Booking Policy?
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of your service.
Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled.
For purposes of safety and sanitation, we cannot allow more than one guest per room.
Please arrive without any eye makeup and do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment.
If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged a 50% fee of your service which will need to be paid prior to your next appointment.
I accept cash and bank transfers.
Accounts must be settled before leaving your appointment.
l am a beginner lash tech so please be patient with me. A client consent form will be provided and required to be filled in day of service.
Do You Re-Do Other Technicians Work?
For Jades Lash Lounge in Perth, we maintain a strict policy regarding the handling of eyelash extensions applied by other technicians: we do not offer refill services for work that was not originally performed at our salon.
This policy is rooted in our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety for our clients. Different technicians may use varying materials, techniques, and adhesives, making it challenging to ensure the integrity and longevity of a refill on top of another's work. However, we recognize the importance of flexibility and meeting our clients' needs, which is why we offer a removal service for extensions applied elsewhere.
By doing so, we can then apply a new set of lashes, ensuring they meet our salon's standards for beauty, durability, and safety. This approach allows us to guarantee the quality of our work and provides our clients with the peace of mind that their lash health is our utmost priority.
